| Before Trend Build was even a name, let alone a company, our founders knew the commercial construction industry had a problem - but they had an answer. The problem was pervasive: commercial construction - for the uninitiated - was complex, full of stress and interactions with dozens of tradesmen, builders, project managers, designers and more. All of these parties were from different companies, referrals and groups…asking a client (who had never dealt with construction) to manage all of them was simply too complex. Our founders wanted to provide more than just high-end building. They wanted to provide a solution. An ailment to the dozens of tradies, companies and parties all competing for a client’s attention and blocking progress through inefficient communication.
